Payment

Cancellation, Delivery, and Usage Rules
1. Digital Content
  1. Cancellation – You have a 14-day cancellation period for digital content orders. Downloading or streaming forfeits this right. By clicking the download link, you waive cancellation rights.
  2. Delivery – Access downloads using login details or provided instructions. Streaming items are available immediately after payment. Ramen Runners may send digital and/or physical goods in partial deliveries.
  3. Usage Rules – Downloads and streaming are for personal, non-commercial use. Copies allowed by usage rules. Digital rights management software may prevent unlawful use.
  4. Technical Problems and Faulty Products (digital products) – Defective digital content will be repaired or replaced. Refund or repair will be provided within 14 days if not possible.
2. Physical Products
  1. Cancellation
    1. Cancel physical product orders before shipping by emailing sales@ramenrunners.us. Return unshipped items within 5 days of receiving for store credit. Hybrid orders refunded for physical items.
    2. Provide "Notice of Order Cancellation" and order number in subject line. Return product in original condition at your cost.
    3. More details may be in Dispatch Confirmation or Refund Policy at Section XIII.
    4. No right to cancel applies for CDs/DVDs, custom-made products, digital content, non-returnable products, and worn/damaged items.
  2. Delivery – Ramen Runners aims to fulfill orders by specified dates, but external factors may cause delays.
  3. Risk and Title – Products are at your risk after delivery. Ownership transfers after full payment.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
1. In case your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact Ramen Runners at sales@ramenrunners.com.
2. Damaged: If your ordered product(s) arrive damaged, attach photographic evidence to your email to Ramen Runners. Upon receiving the photographs, Ramen Runners will provide a return label via email. Once you return the damaged product(s) and Ramen Runners receives it, replacement product(s) will be provided.
3. Incorrect: If your ordered product(s) are not what you expected, notify Ramen Runners immediately. A return label will be sent via email. Once the incorrect product is returned to Ramen Runners and received, a replacement will be provided.
4. Ramen Runners will not provide return labels or be responsible for worn or washed products.
Refund Policy
1. If you cancel your purchase as outlined in Section XI, Ramen Runners will process your refund promptly. The product's price will be fully refunded, including standard delivery costs, provided you've taken proper care of the returned product. Opening sealed audio, video, or software products may void refund eligibility. You are responsible for return shipping costs. For hybrid orders, where both physical and digital products are involved, the relevant element will be refunded as per the Cancellation Policy.
2. If you claim defects, damage, or errors on Ramen Runners' part, the returned product will be examined. Ramen Runners will notify you of the refund status within a reasonable time via email.
3. If Ramen Runners cancels your order post-payment, you will be notified and refunded promptly.
4. Defective products will be refunded fully, including delivery charges to and from you.
5. Ramen Runners aims to process refunds using the original payment method. For gift cards or prepaid methods, credit will be returned accordingly.
Technical Problems
1. Technical glitches might delay or prevent product delivery. Ramen Runners or relevant third-party suppliers will provide replacements or refunds as appropriate.
2. Ramen Runners is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information, technical requirements non-compliance, failure to follow usage instructions, or events beyond its control.
International Orders; Import Duty

Deliveries outside the United States may take up to eight weeks from the shipping date.
International orders may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival. You're responsible for these charges, and for any local postal service interactions.
Comply with destination country laws and regulations. Ramen Runners isn't liable for any breaches.
